Unwashed/unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for store credit. All shipping costs will be covered by the customer. A completed return form must be mailed in with returned items Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return form and information regarding shipping location.
Once returned item(s) is/are received, your return will be processed within 2-4 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, you will receive an email containing a code for store credit redemption. Again, shipping charges will not be refunded.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 10 days of receiving your items. Please email a picture of the damaged items to email@example.com. Only damaged goods will receive return labels.
We do not offer online exchanges seeing as our items often sell out quickly. If you need a different size or style please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead.
